Jason Peterson named Builder of the Year!

We would like to congratulate Jason Peterson for winning Builder of the year. 

Builder of the Year  - Jason Peterson, Peterson Builders Inc.

            Jason started  building over 20 years ago with Peterson Builders Inc., and quickly discovered the industry was riddled with regulatory issues impacting construction practices. The endless parade of codes, ordinances, rules, and laws prompted his involvement in the Home Builders Association. Working through the Home Builders Association, he has helped shape and improve the industry.

       The obvious need to protect property rights and keep housing affordable, originally drove him to join the Home Builders Association, but lasting friendships have held him. His peers found fit to elect him as Northern Wasatch Home Builders President. He filled this position with vigor and passion. Jason has served the state for the past 3 years as senior leadership. This position offered him an opportunity to mingle with the finest professionals in the state.

       Jason continues to pursue contracting. Each home Peterson Builders builds is a tribute to his character and reflects the integrity that has come to define him. The quality homes built by Jason and Peterson Builders, have brought untold joy to the families living in them. He truly deserves the honor of Builder of the Year for the state of Utah.

This beautiful home, located in Mt. Green, belongs to the Watkins.  With beautiful timbers on the front entry, and double front doors, they can invite guests in style.
With a fresh blue sky in the background, a little landscaping will make this home spectacular.

There is a nice panoramic view from the porch in the back of the house that walks out from the master bedroom.  Sounds like a lovely spot for a nice morning cup of tea.

We have found that the Watkins have picked some light fixtures that are exceptionally noteworthy.

A beautiful caged candle fixture welcomes you as you enter the home.  The hallway is bright with 6 lights all in a row, the stairs are lit from ceiling to floor and the spare bathroom light is warm and inviting.
